Unlimited PLUS should have the same speeds you are used to in your area.

Unlimited Choice is the only slowed down plan.

 

You do NOT need DTV to get the current unlimited plans.

 

 

There is no average speed. You get the speed your towers put out.
On the Choice plan speed is throttled to 3 mbps.
