Wireless service outage in Kerrville, Texas

I have been without cell phone service since 5pm CT. Please advise whether this service outage is being addressed.

We are aware of an issue in the Kerrville area affecting wireless service for some customers. Our technicians are onsite investigating the issue and working to restore service as quickly as possible. We apologize for this inconvenience.

This is ridiculous. This is the fourth time this has happened in the last year. In this day and age, no one can afford to be without communication for this length of time.

Still have no service, and haven't had any all day. This is completely unacceptable. Had many important phone calls to make today.
