No data again

Hello @felicia85.
I understand how concerning this situation can be. Allow me to shed some light for you here.
Even when data and Wi-Fi are turned off, your phone will still receive a 4g signal, as this is the same signal your calls and all other network related information is transmitted. I’d like to know if you’re still seeing an error even with Data and or Wi-Fi turned on.

Yes both are turned on and still the service for att is hit and miss. Of course we can get online at home with wifi from our land line but my husband is at work and can not send iMessages from his phone. he can't get online from his phone either
