There are 3. options.
1. If you have a postpaid plan and home internet, you can get a Microcell. I bought one and went from 1 bar to 5. Calls are finally clear.
2. Buy a cell booster. It's a one time purchase, its expensive. But it's not carrier specific and very portable if you move. If amplifies a poor signal. All you need is power for it to function. Try the Weboost website.
3. Start shopping for another carrier.
