Balance expire on a gophone
I have a balance in my account 59.60 and I am on a per minute voice and message plan, no data. My account reminded me that the balance will expire May 11, 2017. It also says if I refill the account the balance will continue to the next expiration date. Can I refill $1 and keep the balance going forward?

Good morning @Chasmo!
Thank you for replying! I am glad you found this information helpful!
The great thing about GoPhone service is you can refill your account to extend your expiration date and accommodate to your needs. If you add $10, your service will be good for additional 30 days including your remaining balance.
I hope you continue enjoying your service! Please let us know if you have any other questions. We are always here to assist!
Have a wonderful day!

Hello @Chasmo!
Thank you for posting your question regarding our GoPhone service. It will be my pleasure to address your concern.
I understand wanting to keep your service active. The good news is GoPhone offers multiple plans and options to accommodate to your needs.
To keep your plan active, you will have to add a minimum refill of $10 for additional 30 days. If you add $25 to $99, your service will be good for 90 days, and when you add $100 or more, the expiration date is in 365 days.
For details, please click on this link. If you have any additional questions, don’t hesitate to let us know. We are always here to assist!
Enjoy the rest of the week!

Thanks for the clarification and it is very helpful. What about my old balance? If I add another $10 by May 11, will my balance of the 59.60 be extended for another 30 days as well?

If my go phone balance just expired about 2 weeks, can I call ATT to get my full balance back as a courtesy of ATT?
Thanks.
