Unlock request received code as 0
I have recently placed a request for unlocking my GoPhone which I am using it in another network. The request was approved. However, the unlock code received was 0. I cannot enter this or unlock using code 0.
I cannot make a new request now and it is throwing an error.
Please double check this and help me to get the proper unlock code for the same request.

What I've recommended here is to start a chat session (on the AT&T site, after logging in) with support.
This way, you can paste in your unlock status number, and probably your IMEI, when the tech asks for it, much easier than doing it on the phone.
