Taxes

Why have I been paying a city tax? I don't live in a city. State tax, okay. County tax, okay. 911 tax, okay. Again, I don't live in a city or a town or a village or a municipality... I live in the country and wonder why I now pay a city tax?!

Taxes and fees are based on where your services are used and location of record on your bill.

I know the greater Chicago area pays whopper city taxes on their bills.  I don't know where in OK you live, but if the local city imposes communications taxes, ATT and other carriers will collect them.

Your billing address is completely seperate from what is called the Place of Primary Use address.

Need to confirm the PPU address because that's where taxes are based on.

Where do I find the PPU address to update it? I will continue to poke around in my account information and try to find it.
