My Old card was lost and now I have a new card with a new number
My Old card was lost and now I have a new card with a new number and my phone is set to renew its service tomorrow, but i cannot do this because everytime I try to enter this card it won't let me because it asks for the old card number that I no longer have as validation

When setting up auto-pay or changing card numbers online, the old card number is typically required. Since the online option is not working for you right now, I’d suggest taking a trip to your local AT&T store. They would definitely be able to help you out with setting up the auto-pay for your account, so long as you can verify your account with them.
