GoPhone bill
Hey I'm on the 40$ gophone plan and I payed my bill 2days before the expiration date and it said your purchase was a success. A day later it sends me a text saying your go phone plan is about to expire . Do I have to pay it again ? Please help .

I’m sorry to hear you were messaged about your GoPhone plan after making the payment and I’m happy to help.
Since our system is automated, you will get a message when the monthly package will expire, even when adding funds. Once you’ve added funds, they will then be applied to your monthly package once the current package expires.
To verify your payment you can visit the Verify a GoPhone payment page and following the steps listed there. You can also add/remove/change a package, make payments, see your current balance & expiration date for your existing package(s) if needed by going through our account at att.com/gophone.
