Extra purchased data plan hasn't been applied to my usage allotment...Shows on purchase history tho.

I bought 3gb extra data for $20....It's on my purchase history but no where else...My usage shows 0 of 6gb left but nothing about the additional 3gb ... How do I make sure it's applied

Hello @Pcountymounty,

 

Making sure you haven enough data for the month is great.  I ran out of my high speed data last month and the last few days on slowed internet, was absolute torture. I would be more than happy to help.

 

It can take your online account up to 24 hours to display the updated information and it will be on the front page when you log in.  If it has been more than 24 hours, we will need to look into if the payment method was charged, and if so where the credit went.
