Extra Fees AT&T Go-Phone 6gb Plan?
Plan is mentioned to be $40 with auto-pay for 6gb data and unlimited talk/text. Besides tax, what (if any) are the extra charges and fees if I'm bringing my own unlocked device when signing up for the new prepaid plan.

There is no access charge on prepaid. You also can't buy a phone on an installment plan if you have prepaid. She must have a postpaid plan.

That is one of the nice things about prepaid, no extra charges or fees. Some states don't even charge taxes on prepaid.

A coworker has a $40 4G LTE access charge with her prepaid plan, is that because she purchased the phone through att and is paying it off monthly?
