Didn't receive unlock code yet..(Been 10 days)

Hello,

 

I have requested for unlocking my Go Phone as a Non AT&T Customer on Friday, February 25, 2017. Generally it takes 2 business day, but now it has been more than a week (total 6-7 business days) and I didn't receive any unlock code yet. Unlock status page still showing "We are reveiwing your unlock request..."

I think, I should return the phone now. I have to travel abroad and I needed to use this phone.

I want to thank you for providing your information ahead of time regarding your unlock request. I was able to see your unlock was approved! Please use your IMEI and Request numbers to gain your unlock instructions and code.

Thankyou very much. I have received the unlock code. I am really a big FAN of AT &T and that's why I was a bit disappointed by the delay.
Anyway, everything is good now. Thanks for the concern.
