Delete old credit card from auto-pay?
I changed my default credit card on my gophone auto pay to my new credit card. I want to delete the old and now invalid credit card. The "delete" button on the old card's web page is grayed out and I cannot delete the old card. How do I do it?

My apologies that the delete button is grayed out when trying to rid of that old payment method! I will be happy to help!
Did you change your payment method more than a day before your payment was scheduled? If not, the prior card will be used, therefore not able to be deleted yet. Changes must be made at least one day before the payment is due.
If that is not the case, your new payment method may still be processing in the system to take effect. Let us know if you are still not able to delete your old card after your new one is charged!

I recommend trying to delete this information in a new browser, just in case your current browser is saving that payment. You can also clear the cache and cookies from your current browser if you prefer. Take a look at this Google support article for instructions!
