Thank you for bringing your question about closing an account. I will be more than happy to help you with all of your inquiries!
May I know the reason why you are planning to close the account? If there is something that we could do to help you about any issues with your account we recommend that you may call our customer service number at 800 - 331 - 0500.
If you are decided in closing the account Gophone account will automatically close after 2 months of non pay since account has no contract once the system detected that there is no payment for 60 days account will be closed.
