Autopay amount incorrect
Any reason why autopay would take out less than the ampunt due? My phone was off all day with no notification. I got a message saying my refill was successful but when I called 611, there was a deficiency of $10-11

Yep, if you had a balance, perhaps due to an overpay(s) accumulating. I know on my postpaid I occasionally get shifts in the monthly, taxes and fees changing a little.
