Samsung Cloud
I have a Samsung S9 with you guys and im.trying to upgrade my storage plan in samsung cloud. For some reason it not working. I looked at samsung website and asked a question. The customer service representative told me to check with you guys.

You can't as only certain carriers work with upgrading the Samsung Cloud storage. ATT and Verizon are 2 that don't

You don’t want to use a private cloud service. Use Google, which works on any platform.
