iPhone Unlock
So, I recently bought an iPhone from somebody on craigslist. I was told it was a T-Mobile iPhone, turns out it was AT&T. I saw that I don't have to be a previous or current user to unlock my iPhone, but the problem is that the site says that it's having technical errors and to contact AT&T technical support but they've told me everything should be working online. Can someone help me with this? My clients are having trouble reaching me and I just want to be able to use my phone.

Try the unlock request using a different email address.

If the unlock portal isn't working, you can message @ATTMobilityCare let them know you had problems and ask for help

As ridiculous as it sounds, it worked. Thanks! Looks like it doesn't accept gmail accounts for some reason.
