My son’s new phone number blocked by mistake
My son switched from an Android to an iPhone but was unable to keep his old cell number. He called me, left no message and I blocked the number in the ATT Protect app because it did not show up as a recognized number The app will now not let me unblock his number

Hello @vivad54, and thanks for reaching out to the AT&T community for help!
To get started with unblocking your son's phone number in the AT&T Protect app, you will have to manually unblock them within the protection app call log. When the call notification displays on your phone, tap the notification to open the app, On call details screen, you then select Report or Unblock.
You can also visit our Call Protect Article to help change the settings of the call block features.
