ATT Thanks App Login Doesn’t Work

Thank you so much for the reply.  I did exactly what you suggested and I am still having the same log-in issues.

Certain tickets might be irredeemable due to the lack of supply for those tickets which are limited. The number of available tickets each week may vary and is set at AT&Ts sole discretion.

Thanks but the issue wasn’t resolved. I was able to sign into the MyAtt app however I still get an error message when I try to sign into the ATT thanks app.

I just got service with AT&T yesterday since yesterday I have been trying to login into my AT&T thanks app and the watch tv app with no success. Is the same login information used for my AT&T? 

I am also having this same issue. I can log into the my AT&T app just fine. 

I keep getting error 401 on at&t thanks app. I have had this app from the first day I signed up and my service has not changed. Why is this app not working?
