why won't ipad connect to Dropbox using AT&T data plan?
Dropbox says "No internet connection" when there is. Connects to internet via data plan but not to Dropbox. Dropbox told me to contact AT&T. Ha ha!

Some phones allow you to restrict which apps are allowed to use cellular data. Make sure the Dropbox app is not restricted from using cellular data.

Dropbox defaults to wifi only, unless you change the setting within the application.
It does this because it can use a lot of data.
Open Dropbox, tap the gear for settings. Tap camera upload, turn on cellular data.
