unlimited data plan but get data shut off instead of slowed down
now tech support tells me they cant get my data back for 10 days when plan renews,surely someone at att can resolve this but they say im gonna be without data til april 29,this doesnt seem like unlimited to me and even false advertisement

What unlimited plan do you have? The name is on your bill.
Unlimited accounts reprioritize after 22 gigs. This means you may have slow data when the tower your phone connected to is congested. It’s temporary.
What you describe does not sound like unlimited. It sounds like one of the current, capped plans.

I’m puzzled by what you mean by “shut off”. Who? How? Is data turned off on your device? Or line? The unlimited Plus does not automatically shut off data.

Are you the account owner? If not, did the account owner turn data off on your line? That would explain why it can’t be turned on until the bill cycles.
