troubles traveling abroad

I am an american customer traveling in south korea. I purchased the day pass through sms and texting works fine but I am unable to use my data. I also cannot log into my AT&T on the app or on a computer to try to troubleshoot

It looks like you are able to send messages through SMS! This is definitely a good sign your service is working properly. In most cases your data is not working, we advise you to confirm your International/Data roaming is turned on. We have a great Device Support tool, which provides step by step instructions on finding this feature within your phone.
