Wear os advanced messaging

Does advanced messaging work with wear os or will it be the same with Pushbullet and Microsoft your phone where half of your messages shows up? I am wanting to order either the misfit vapor 2 or the ticwatch but I will also be sticking with Samsung Galaxy devices and keep advanced messaging enabled. Pushbullet had this issue where if advanced messaging was enabled most of your messages wouldn't appear. If wear os has this issue I will not get one then. Anyone help me out?
