Need to access talk usage that is about 8 months old
I have had this service since Feb 2017. The system will only allow access to the most recent 6 months of usage. I need the usage for specifically 3/22/17 & 3/23/17. How can I get the usage for those dates? It is a $30 monthly Prepaid plan with unlimited talk & text.

Sorry, six months usage is all that prepaid keeps. There is no way to get older usage records I’ve ever heard of. Check your phone, it may keep its own usage logs.

I was afraid of that. I’ve only been able to see the most current 2 months usage on the phone.
