My stock texting app won't work any more
My stock texting app won't work any more. I lave an LG g5, I tried clearing the cache and restarting my phone, still didn't work. I cleared the data and restarted my phone, still didn't work. I get a crash error every time i start the app. Anyone know how to fix it?

An alternative to fixing it is to download the Google Messages app called "Android Messages" and it works equally good and sometimes a lot better at one time... My friend had that same issue and I told him to download that and hasn't had any problems yet...

Yeah I tried Android Messages and it just don't like my phone. It lags a little. Maybe I'll give textra a try. Thank you
