Mobile data isn't working

My data isn't working now!!!!! I have had an att go phone on my unlocked phone since January and the same att go phone plan $60 for over 2 years this has never happened before

Welcome to the AT&T Community Forums! Thank you for letting me know that you are having an issue with your data connection. I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue.

 

Have you rebooted the phone? When is the last time that the data was working? What changed between the time it was working and the time you noticed it wasn’t?

 

If you haven’t tried it already, you can perform basic troubleshooting steps by using our AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool available online. Make sure that your device’s brand name and model is selected. Select “Internet” under “Select a Service - Related Issue”. This may help identify the issue and tell you how to resolve it.

my data hasn't been working all day yet i have full bars. i tried restarting my phone and that didn't work. why is this happening and what do need to do to fix it?
