International calling
I purchased a $5 international calling for 250 mins, I attempted to make a call and it didn’t go through. I’m in a hospitalized situation and need to get ahold of these minutes ASAP. How long does this take?!!

That plan is for calls to landlines in specific countries. Are you calling a landline in an included country?
