Find Specific Messages in AT&T Messaging App
When I search online I have to scroll through text messages to find what I am looking for. I scroll forever only to have the system tell me my session expired and I have to log on again and start from scratch. How can I search or jump to a specific date so it doesn't time out while I am scrolling?

Welcome to our Community Forums! This is an excellent question regarding your AT&T Messages feature. I’ll be more than happy to assist you!
Whether you are online or in your phone application, the ability to search specific text messages is not a current feature. I do apologize about this! This is great feedback for future improvements. We are always looking to make features better for our customers.
However, the feature should be separated by date which your messages have synced. You may need to adjust your auto time and date settings in your phone. I suggest turning on your automatic time to manual. You can learn how to do this with our Device Support tool. Select your make and model to get started!
