Excessive data usage
One of the phones on my plan is using more data than normal. Is there any way to see exact details of data use? We can’t seem to figure out just where the excess is data is coming from.

Yes, On the phone, in settings, under data usage. Depending on the phone the path may be different.
Your phone shows each app and how much data is used as well as a total.
Android phones can be set to your bill cycle so you can see current as well as past use by bill cycle.
