Can't send/respond to group messages

Beginning Wed, April 24 I started getting "Failed to Send" errors in all my group texts. I can send and receive texts from individuals. I have ran updates, restarted, checked connections, turned WiFi on/off, basically everything except a factory reset. Please help

Have the recipients of the group message experience the same issue? Have you checked to make sure your Advance Messaging or iMessage feature is turned on? What device are you currently using?

 

You can access our Group Messaging Not Working/Android Fix or Group Messaging not working/iPhone Fix for more details and troubleshooting steps.

 

If that doesn't work, you can visit our AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool  by selecting your cellphone brand and model, then go to Messaging in the Service/Network Issues section and follow the detailed instructions provided.
