Accessing phone calls and texts on ATT secure family

When I had ATT smart limits, I could access what phone numbers were called, the time calls were made to someone or calls coming in as well as time texts were sent or received. So, I could see if someone on my account was communicating with someone else, and see that they were ignoring my calls and texts, so I could turn off their phone until they contacted me. How do I access this on ATT secure family?

Having AT&T Secure Family is awesome feature to use when keeping a watchful eye on the family!

We would be more than happy with helping you set up alerts and notifications in the Secure Family App.

 

To Setup notifications:

  1. Tap on the setting cog ( Gear icon)
  2. Tap on Activity Notifications
  3. Tap on the desired line or family member
  4. Tap on the Scheduled Alerts to adjust notification preferences
  5. Toggle the type of notification to be revived of an alert.

The answer given by AT&T is not a solution to your question.  Being able to limit cell/data as you described was the true value of Smart Limits and Secure Family does not allow you to do that.  It is a failed product and AT&T should bring back Smart Limits.
