ATT Thanks App won’t let me log in

I’ve been able to log in in the past, but now whenever I try it just spins saying Authenticating and never logs in. Yes, I am using the correct ID and password. And I can login to my ATT account, just not into the Thanks App. I also tried deleting and reinstalling the Thanks app but still cannot log in. Before today I have been able to log in. Is your system overwhelmed with people trying to claim gifts? I would think this late in the day when gifts are gone, it would let me log in at least.
