Sorry, there is nothing anyone can do to help you. ATT will not unlock the phone until it is paid for and even if you wanted to finish paying for it, there is no way to do that.

I have an iPhone 6 and i was about to unlock it. As I have checked, someone has requested to unlock my device and I don't know who it is. Is there any chance to revoke that request as I did not made the request myself. Thanks!

Hi,
Iam from India. Raised request for device unlock through AT&T succeeded.
Even got confirmation mail from AT&T.
But, after inserting new card, after restart, getting SIM NOT VALID error.
Tried with different network service providers, still getting same issue.
Can you tell me, what is the problem still getting.

Wait 24 hours and try again. It. Can take time to unlock from Apple servers

I have tried multiple times over the past one week and even stayed for 24 hours and more.
But, still no luck

Have you done a backup, erase, restore with iTunes?
Next step it contact Apple to see if it is unlocked.

I don't want any backup, so did not selected.
I did erase and all other available options.
Still same issue.
Can you let me know, how to contact apple...

Sometimes the communication from ATT to Apple to update their activation servers fails. Another unlock request may get that to happen. Another possibility is the activation servers you are directed to from India either haven’t or don’t sync with US based servers. Not sure what it would take to fix if that’s the issue.
