Unlocking a phone is a great option when you want to be able to use your device on another carrier. I would love to help find a resolution for you today!
If you did not receive the confirmation email within the 24 hours, you can submit another request at our online portal. You will want to check your spam folder as well to make sure the email didn’t get routed there.
You can check on the status of your request at any time using our unlock status page. You simply need the IMEI and request number for the phone once you receive it!

If you know it was approved, what more do you need? For Apple devices, if approved, all you need to do is backup, erase, and restore. Done, no unlock code involved.
