iPhone flagged for fraud
Dear,
I buy a full price iPhone at Best Buy, they said it unlocked device but unfortunately when I go back to Brazil the Iphone can not be activated because it was locked. I tried to unlock with AT&T but I received a message “Iphone flagged for fraud”
Can you help me
