@sanyarusnak93 Below is the link to start your request to unlock your phone. You must meet all requirements to unlock your phone.

I completely understand how important it is to have your device unlocked and am happy to provide assistance with this!
If you still need help unlocking your device, please send me a private message @ATTCares containing a detailed description of your issue. Please feel free to include any helpful relevant information. I look forward to hearing from you!

I have an iPhone 6 Plus that I have paid off and am trying to unlock. Every time we enter the ime it says the phone is not paid off. I have gone to at&t 3 times now to be told that yes the phone is paid off. I need more assistance. Can anyone help me???

My daughter has an Iphone 6 Plus bought from the Apple Store in Allentown, PA. She has an AT&T Prepaid SIM and has requested the UNLOCKING of her device in April, a link was emailed to her which she has followed without any success. She is currently in China and yet the phone is still not unlocked. AT&T had NO right to lock the phone and she now has to struggle without a phone whilst doing an internship in Shanghai. Can someone please urgently get back to me as a think the incompetence from AT&T is appalling in sorting out a very minor issue for which AT&T had no right in the first place

and for those of us that meet all those requirements and for some reason can't get it unlocked (inaccurate account relation to MEI number .... what do WE do). Seems like there are a lot of us out there. My phone isn't stolen...it's been in my possession since I left an ATT store... now what?
