iPhone 3GS stopped receiving calls and voicemails
My iPhone 3GS suddenly stopped receiving calls and voicemails tonight. My GF came over and said she called me 15 times (she even showed me on her phone) and I never once heard it ring and it didn't show that she called nor did I get any voicemails. She even called it right in front of me and it still didn't work. I can make calls fine though. What's going on?

Basic troubleshooting is reset, restart, restore.
Has any of that been tried?
A restore is a bit drastic at this point, but resetting or restarting the device may very well resolve the issue.
Also, Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
