I have an iPad mini 2 and have a prepay plan where I got the 7G and personal hotspot. How do I turn my iPad into a hotspot? It just brings me to the website. Thank you!

Having the ability to let other devices establish an Internet connection through a personal Hotspot is definitely convenient. I will be delighted to assist you with this!
You can enable this feature right from the Settings menu on your iPad. To use this service, please go to Settings > Personal Hotspot > Turn on Tethering > Tap Wi-Fi Password > key in the required access code and then tap Done to establish connection.
A great way to get familiar with different Settings and functions on your device is by utilizing the excellent AT&T Device Support tool, which provides useful Tutorials. Once there, please select your tablet’s make and model > Tutorials.
