help. iphone blocked by loss or theft. error. I live in Brazil.
Please help me!
AT & T Mobility has blocked my iphone 5s because of a reported loss or theft.
However, it was a mistake of the company.
I'm Brazilian and I live in Brazil. I bought the iphone directly from the apple store in orlando. I have an invoice.
I'm not an ATT customer. On the site I could not get a way to talk to att, like an email, because it has to be registered as a client, and I'm not.
For facebook to att did not solve and had to call an international number. However, I do not speak English. I use google translator writing. And the cost of the international connection from Brazil is very high, besides not speaking English.
Can someone help me? some email? some other form of contact?

Blocked (meaning blacklisted) or locked? There is a big difference. If just locked, have you tried requesting an unlock? https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/#/
