Where to find the ATT widget?

The myATT app describes a ‘widget’ that can be used to check my usage without needing to launch the ATT app. Where can I find the widget?

Apples idea of a widget is a notification in your “Today” view, which you access by swiping all the way to the far left screen on iPhone.  Scroll down and edit.

It’s not a widget as other OS know one.

Hey @keriah!

We’re pleased you’re making good use of the app to check your usage.

Here is a support page describing how to use the widget so you can check on your wireless or internet usage without needing to open the app.

I hope this is the information you needed. Have a great day!

@keriah

You have an iphone.  Apple doesn’t do widgets.  This is a widget, ATT all access...

Ah, but the reference to this "widget" is specifically given in the iPhone myAT&T app!!  Here's a screenshot from the iPhone myAT&T app, on the iPhone.  (And the image shown as part of the message is of an iPhone.)

So if not intended for the iPhone this would be very misleading!

Perhaps in the lingo of the iPhone the term 'widget' means something other than what you're referring to above.  IAC, I'm still looking for what this screen refers to, for access to my data usage stats WITHOUT opening the iPhone myAT&T app.

Perhaps if I knew what the mentioned "Today view" is that would be a clue....

That's it!  Success!!

And for anyone wanting to 'see' this:

IMG_3226.PNGScroll to the bottom of Today view & click EDIT.

IMG_3227.PNGThis is the Add Widgets screen.

IMG_3228.jpgScroll down to the myAT&T app; click the + icon.

IMG_3229.PNG'Widget' is now on the Today view.

I'm very annoyed with AT&T for buying DirecTV because I went with DirecTV because I love football so I got the NFL Sunday Ticket but now I can't get the Sunday night games because we don't have NBC anymore. AT&T can't make a deal with the owner so we don't get to watch any NBC programs. Not only am I missing the Sunday night football game but I love the series 'This is Us' which is on NBC so I'm missing all of the new episodes of my favorite TV program. I'm very unhappy with their negotiation problems. Get it done so we can get back to watching a regular network channel. This is ridiculous. I really love the NFL Sunday Ticket but this is unacceptable. I'm not sure about which cable TV company I should go with after my contract is up. I heard we may lose more channels too so if that happens I'm done with AT&T and DirecTV for sure.

tvpromise.com for more information is a joke and waste of time.
