What does "Blacklisted" mean?
So i might buy an iPhone 7 plus online from a home seller. In the description it says Blacklisted by AT&T. What does that mean? He's selling it for $500

If it is blacklisted, that means it won't work on any carrier. Putting it on the blacklist is done when a phone is reported lost or stolen.
