What Now?

I recently wanted to start an iPhone plan with AT&T but I couldn't because I didn't have enough credit, but now that I have a bill in my name am I able to purchase the iPhone plan?

Bill or not, you will still get a credit check to start a new postpaid plan. You can always get prepaid, no credit check.
