Voicemail on iPhone 6 plus
I am trying to change my greeting on my voicemail, the screen is frozen and will not let me listen or record a new message. Any ideas?

Power cycle your phone. That will usually correct such a situation.

About 1-2 weeks ago I lost the "Visual Voicemail" on my iPhone 6 plus. I am now unable to change my voicemail greeting (my old greeting is still there when I call my phone). I've turned off/on my iPhone; Reset Network Settings; IOS is up to date; connectivity strength is good.
What is the problem? Looking for ideas/solutions.

And the answer is: Call AT&T Technical Support. Takes about 10 minutes to have them complete a few steps to reset VVM on their side. Do not call from the phone having issues as you need to turn off/on, and perform a couple of steps with the AT&T rep on the line.
