Hearing the "Your voicemail box is full" message can be annoying at times. Allow us to offer a helping hand!
You can access your voicemail box by holding down the 1 key button on your cellphone's dial screen. After entering your VM password if needed, you can delete any saved or unread messages that could be causing the error.
If you continue to have issues in the future with your VM, you can access our Device Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool by selecting the specific cellphone brand/model you have, the select Voicemail located underneath the Service/ Network Issues section for additional steps.
