Unlock request

I submitted unlock request for my iphone 5 and it was approved but almost a month passed i didn't received the email for the unlock code..

Thank you for reaching out to the Community Forums.  Having the option to use your phone on other carriers is a great convenience.  I want to help you to complete the unlock process of your iPhone 5.


iOS devices do not require unlock codes.  If your request was approved; you will either need to remove your old SIM card, and insert your new one.  Follow the prompts to set up your iPhone again.  If you do not have another SIM card, use the following steps to finish unlocking your phone:
