Worked great, Photos transferred,no problem

My phone does not show a file/category for my photos, when I connect my phone to my laptop. The computer recognizes my phone, I click on the icon for the phone, it shows a list of files/categories, but nothing for my photos.

List starts out with Alarms etc but nothing on camera. Pictures file has nothing in it, even though I have photos on the phone.

Hi Kentheframer,

If you're not using a Mac, it could be a bit difficult.

You can use Windows Photo Gallery or iCloud for Windows to export your photos to Computer. Also, there is other third party software. It's a long story to tell. You can take a look at this guide.
