Threatening Text Message

Dec 27 at 4:26am I received a text from someone threatening me with physical violence. I have the original text and number saved, and am very certain the individual works at/owns a bar I've make noise complaints about between March and October (I stopped staying at the apartment mid-October, vacated November). I reported this to same the police department I filed the noise complaints and they informed me they were unable to find the source, advising me to simply block the number. I believe this message was intended for a new party complaining about the noise, and someone who works at/owns the bar found my number on their caller ID and assumed the new complainer and I are the same person. I'm concerned the person now complaining is going to be attacked, without knowing of the threats. Is there anything I can do?
