Texting problems

Thank you for joining the Community Forums! Sending and receiving pictures through messaging is very important and a handy feature of the phone.  It will be my pleasure to help you fix this issue!

The first step to fix this issue would be to do reboot the device by powering it off completely, wait around 15 seconds and then power it back on again.  If this step did not work then please try rebooting the phone by pressing and holding both the Power Key and the Home Key at the same time until the phone restarts.

If you are still not able to send or receive picture messages, the next step would be to check and make sure you are connected to data by going into Settings > Cellular and seeing if it is turned on. 

If the previous step did not work, then please go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings and once the phone is back on, please test to see if it is working.
