Slow or NO data!

I have unlimited data yet haven't been able to utilize it. I can not get on Pinterest, Instagram, Walmart but can use the Facebook app & safari. I tried to even use the my att app to mark the problem & it can't connect so I just screen shot.

You can use WiFi to connect (assuming you have it where you're seeing the issue), or even another phone's hotspot (as WiFi), and then use the "Mark the Spot" app.

The app will ask you, about being on WiFi, but you just confirm that you're reporting a *cellular issue*, for that GPS location, simple enough.

*If this (or another post in this thread) fixes your problem/issue, please mark it as solved, and I'll tag it, to make it easier for others to find the answer(s). Thanks.

This is the new unlimited plan?

New problem, or did you just switch to the plan?

New or Older iPhone?

No. Original old unlimited plan. Which should still be UNlimited.

You wrote earlier no wifi nearby only LTE? But your old "unlimited data" plan, you reach around 22 gigs of data use? AT&T probraly capping speeds because of network conjestion.

@LaneSK So what changed?  You've had this plan for ages.  Has it ever worked?

Did you just move?  The service just got bad? Help us to help you....

This is the AT&T community forum (not AT&T support), please share more details with us. We can probably make great suggestions, but without the right info we're only guessing.
