Reset iphone and locked by at&t
Excuse me, my iphone was bought in At&t and it was world, now i just have reset it and unfortunately it is locked, i have sent At&t the unlock request for 5 days more and received a mail with the answer : " This request requires additional research to determine eligibility. Thank you for your patience. We're actively working on it and will send a response as soon as possible." and still not unlocked yet
i am in another country now so i wanna use my iphone with another carrier sim card. It's necessary right now, so please help me to unlock my iphone earlier,

I can definitely understand your concern on the expediency of your unlock request. When you need to use the device on a different network, it’s important to have the unlock request completed!
What’s wonderful, is when you submit your request, you should receive a request number. Using this request number with your IMEI number, you can check your unlock progress here. Also, keep an eye out on your spam folder in your email. Sometimes our emails end up in this file.
